Following the success of the “Protection Matters” in Q1 and “BTL Mastery” in Q2 we are going to keep this going with our latest training webinar series, “Residential Expert” starting on July 19th. Just like the previous sessions, this will be a series of presentations from Lenders, External Experts, and our own Compliance Team.
Please note that these sessions will not purely focus on products and criteria, (although there will be plenty of them) but rather on education on how to approach various types of cases, what to watch out for, and alternative solutions to complex problems, along with some sales and lead generation ideas to bring you more clients and proceed with more clients.
Whilst many of the sessions will be on technical knowledge, I would particularly like to draw everyone’s attention to the first and last sessions where we are lucky enough to have Paul Archer, who you may remember from last year’s conference and the Protection Matters series, doing some sales training. In addition session 12, on October 4th, we have the compliance team giving you some valuable guidance on achieving and maintaining residential competence status.
Attend them all and you will have 840 CPD
Just like the previous series, these sessions will be at 10am every Friday, and confirmation of attendance will be given for recording CPD – so attend them all and you will have 840 CPD points (14 hours) under your belt along with the knowledge & Skills to place more cases!
