  • Available to both individual and limited companies
Specialist product rates for HMO, Portfolio landlords, New Builds and Holiday Lets:
  • 2-year fixed rates from 2.70%
  • 5-year fixed rates from 4.49%
  • No additional fees for larger properties (6+ rooms/units)
