  • We now accept a 15% deposit

  • Deposits now follow our standard deposit policy, including Gifted deposits and Builders Cash Incentives

  • Clients must have a sole income of £50k+ (PA) or a joint income of £75k+ (PA) and have resided in the UK for a minimum of 12 months with at least 18 months remaining on an acceptable Visa
