West One Loans has an update you on some changes to their product range effective from tomorrow Wednesday 17th August 2022. The revised product range will be available for selection on their broker portal from Wednesday 17th August 2022.
A summary of the changes is noted below:
- Limited-Edition W1 5 Year fixed standard product priced at 4.59% with 1.5% arrangement fee – Minimum loan size now £150,000
- Limited-Edition W1 5 Year fixed specialist product priced at 4.79% with 2.0% arrangement fee – Minimum loan size now £150,000
