As you may be aware, the Help to Buy Equity Loan scheme will close in 2023.
To ensure they have sufficient time to process cases before the scheme closes, Precise Mortgages will be withdrawing their Help to Buy products for purchases in England, Scotland and Wales on Friday 30 September 2022.
To secure a product you must fully submit your applications by 5 pm on this date.
