Today Suffolk Building Society is making changes to their discount products across their residential and holiday let range as detailed below:
- Residential 2 Year Discount C&I increased by 0.60bps, now @ 3.99%
- Residential 3 Year Discount C&I increased by 0.60bps, now @ 3.99%
- Residential 2 Year Discount I/O increased by 0.66bps, now @ 4.35%
- Holiday Let 2 Year Discount increased by 0.46bps, now @ 4.95%
- Expat Holiday Let 2 Year Discount increased by 0.46bps, now @ 5.15%
To assist with your enquiries already in progress please see below their deadlines for DIP and FMA submissions on the withdrawn rates:
DIPs.
DIPs can be submitted on withdrawn products up to 5pm on Friday 18 November.
FMAs.
Mortgage applications from these previously submitted DIPs can be submitted up to 5pm on Friday 25 November.
