Virgin Money launches new semi-exclusives and increases rates

Virgin Money made the following changes to products at 8 pm on Tuesday 2nd May.

New Semi-Exclusives

  • 70% LTV remortgage fixed rates from 4.15%.
  • BTL 50% LTV fixed rates with a £995 fee from 4.65%.

Core Product Changes

  • Fixed rates increased by up to 0.30%, starting from 4.09%
  • BTL fixed rates increased by up to 0.30%, starting from 4.52%

Product Transfers

  •  Fixed rates increased by up to 0.38%, starting from 3.99%
