New 5 Year Fixed Portfolio Landlord product with a 5% fee, free valuation and no application fee with rates at 5.79% (65% LTV) and 5.89% (75% LTV) – This product available only to Portfolio Landlords, purchasing or remortgaging 1 or more properties.
- F1, F2 and Standard HMO 2 and 5 year special products starting from 6.04% with a 3% fee.
