As of , Friday 17th November, Foundation Home Loans are pleased to introduce its new F2 Extra range – a specialist buy to let proposition aimed to provide a suite of broad and specialist criteria for an additional layer of extraordinary property or loan types beyond that typically catered for in the specialist buy to let market. It includes extra-large HMOs (9 or more bedrooms), holiday lets, and properties requiring large loans up to £5 million.
New F2 Extra rates include:
- Extra Large HMO (9 or more bedrooms) Fixed rates starting from 7.04% up to 65% LTV
- Holiday Let Extra Fixed rates starting from 6.94% to 70% LTV
- Extra Large Portfolio Fixed rates starting from 6.94% to 70% LTV
- Extra Large Loan Fixed rates now starting from 6.89% to 70% LTV
And what’s more…
For Portfolios, aggregate borrowing with Foundation Home Loans is now no longer restricted to £5 million.
Existing Core products can be used in a large portfolio below £5 million… and F2 Extra Portfolio products for the part of the portfolio above that. So, if your client is transferring an £8 million portfolio, the first £5 million can be put onto core products and the additional £3 million on F2 Extra Large Portfolio Products.
