- HMO and multi-unit rates from 4.89%
- Percentage and £0 product fee options
Residential product transfers
2-year, 3-year and 5-year fixed rate options
- Rates from 5.99% for products with a 1% product fee
- Rates from 6.19% for fee free products

- Contact us – once you have authority to act for your customer, email us or call our dedicated team on 0333 240 6180 to get the ball rolling.
- Initial assessment – we’ll run some initial checks to confirm availability.
- Product selection – choose a product from our current transfer range.
- Mortgage illustration – we’ll send you a full illustration.
- Mortgage offer – if your customer is happy we’ll issue you both an offer pack.
- Completion – we’ll arrange completion.
