On Friday 1 March, we’re launching a range of New Build 3 year fixed rate exclusives for residential purchases up to 95% LTV. We’re also reducing an 85% LTV residential New Build 3 year fixed rate exclusive. All New Build exclusives come with a 9 month completion deadline.
From Tuesday 27 February, the maximum LTV for standard residential new build houses and flats increased to 95%.
There will be no change to tracker and large loan rates or the Buy to Let and product transfer ranges.
New business
New residential 3 year fixed rates for New Build purchases up to 95% LTV including:
- 90% LTV 3 year fixed rate at 4.97% with a £999 product fee.
- 90% LTV 3 year fixed rate at 5.15% with no product fee.
- 95% LTV 3 year fixed rate at 5.39% with no product fee and £250 cashback.
85% LTV New Build exclusive 3 year fixed rate with no product fee reducing by 0.08% to 5.10% for residential purchases.
All New Build exclusives come with a 9 month completion deadline.
Standard residential 85% LTV 3 year fixed rate at 5.18% with no product fee for purchases is being withdrawn.
