Today we’re expanding our product transfer proposition, launching new rates across our commercial, semi-commercial and buy-to-let ranges with a wider range of options now more targeted to your client’s account.
Products are now based on the outstanding balance of your client’s account.
We have options available for balances up to £2million, loans between £2million and £5million, and if your client has a loan above £5million then our High Net Worth team can go even further with a range of options available for large balances.
Within each range we have 2 and 5-year fixed rates, all with a choice of product fee options. Take a look at the new products available to you.
