Our Expat Buy to Let Product Criteria
No country or currency restrictions*
- First time landlords accepted
- Holiday Lets accepted – with up to 90 days personal use and Airbnbs accepted
- Up to four applicants permitted
- Minimum income of £25,000 per application
- No upper age limit
- Maximum loan size of £750,000
- 140% Interest Coverage Ratio across all Buy to Lets
- Previous residential property can be considered provided let for 2 years
*We will not consider countries on the UK Government Financial Sanctions list
