Metro Bank have made changes to their pricing changes across our Residential 80% LTV and below, new, and existing customer ranges (excluding Near Prime). All higher LTV brackets are not affected.
To secure our current products, the application must be at pre-submission status by 5.30pm on Wednesday 8 May 2024. You will be provided a list of documents we require for the application. If these are not uploaded within 30 days the case will automatically expire and product selected will no longer be available.
Any applications outside of these timeframes will not be accepted.
Full details of our new pricing will be available on sourcing systems and our product guides on the Intermediary website from 9am on Thursday 9 May 2024.
