- A competitive product range: Rates start from 6.69% for loans over £1m, max 75% LTV, with a 2% fee. Interest Only options available for the first year
- Simplicity and consistency: 125% debt cover across all our products, no need for quarterly management accounts, and no debentures for loans up to £2.5m or for Opco Propco loans.
