Landbay are offering Connect and few select packagers access to a range of Large HMO & MUFB products that offer a 60bps discount on our current range available to the wider market.
These products are available for HMOs and MUFBs from 7 bed/unit up to 12 bed/unit.
In addition, we have recently loosened criteria with large MUFBs meaning we can now consider units of all sizes (previously 25 sqm minimum), with units sharing utilities no longer an issue for us too.
