  1. We now accept first time landlords looking for Buy-to-Let mortgages on multi-unit freehold blocks (up to 6 units).
  2. We increased our maximum LTV to 75% for commercial loans on industrial properties, with rates starting from 7.39%.
  3. We increased our loan size from £500k to £1m for Bridging Lending for Refurbishment Costs, and the LTGDV from 65% to 75%.
  4. We reduced our rates for Complex and Limited Edition Buy-to-Let cases between £1 – £5m, which now start from 5.44%.
