Owner Occupier Repayment

- All fixed rates reduced by 15bps
- Reintroduction of 5-Year Fixed generally on-sale 60% LTV Interest-Only Core product, 20bps above your Semi-Exclusive variant.
- Reintroduction of 3-Year Variable Discount Interest-Only Core products, both 60% & 80% LTV variants to launch.
Buy to Let
- UK Landlord rates held
- Limited Company fixed rates reduced by 20bps
- Expat fixed rates reduced by 10bps
