As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance our services, we are pleased to inform you that we are upgrading to Experian’s new credit search API; this upgrade will provide you with additional features, including the ability to download a PDF copy of the credit report.
While we have the new integration ready for release, it requires new credentials for each firm to access. Our team is actively working to set up these credentials for as many firms as possible, however, some firms may experience temporary disruption as we await credential information from Experian.
We apologise for any inconvenience this transition may cause and assure you that we are doing everything possible to minimise disruption and we believe the upgrade will be well worth the wait.
