Metro Bank have reduced rates by 30bps on all 2 year Buy to Let percentage fee products (including Limited Company Buy to Let).

 So, what’s new?

  • 65% LTV – 2 year fixed rates now available at 3.69% (5% product fee).
  • 75% LTV – 2 year fixed rates now available at 3.89% (5% product fee).
