What does this mean for brokers?
This new software enables registered Keystone brokers to upload documents quickly and efficiently, eliminating the need to manually label each document required for their clients’ cases.
You can now bulk upload documents instead of doing it one by one. Please ensure that the documents are marked individually and are not combined into a single file.
How do I use this new system?
To upload documents to your Keystone account, simply log in through the broker portal, find the case you wish to update and click on the document tab, then select files. This will open a window where you can upload all your documents either by selecting them or by dragging and dropping them into the upload box.
Select the upload and analyse button at the bottom of this window to initiate the AI software.

How will I know if it has worked?
Once you have uploaded your documents to the broker portal, a confirmation screen will appear indicating when all documents have been uploaded and labelled successfully. Keystone’s pre-offer team will be on hand to check and ensure the correct label has been given.
