MT Finance Launches Commercial Mortgage Business with £2.5bn JP Morgan

Key features include

  2. Integrate with OMS so AR’s can use our products and DIP via OMS
  3. ICR same as BTL, all 5 year products 125% on payrate for company and individual
  4. PG’s only required for commercial loans over 50% LTV
  5. Adverse considered CCJ’s & defaults up to £5k
  6. Interest and repayment allowed
  7. NO OWNER OCCUPIED unless OPCO/PROPCO which we can consider case by case
  8. Minimum income £15k
  9. First time buyers and landlords considered (full PG required)
  10. Min loan £100k, max loan £2.5m
  11. 2.5% fee on standard comm, specialist 3%, we pay 1.5%
