We can consider:
- Credit accounts showing on the credit file, but being repaid prior to mortgage completion, will not be included in the affordability assessment
- We can consider family gifted deposits
- We can consider up to 100% of bonus, overtime and commission
- We can consider income from multiple income streams, including a mix of employed and self-employed
- We don’t have a maximum Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratio
