- Shared ownership – 2 year fixed, 75% LTV, now from 5.79%
Highlights:
- Available for purchases and remortgages, including day one remortgages
- No maximum loan amount for residential
- Maximum loan amount £1m for shared ownership
- Up to 95% LTV or 100% Maximum Share Value (MSV)
- Adverse credit considered subject to scheme
