We’ve listened to your feedback and turned up the heat on our residential solutions for loans up to £5m, including expat scenarios. From non-standard income to high-value loans, our latest enhancements have been designed to make our solutions even more accessible and boost your clients’ affordability.

Here’s a reminder of just some of our residential changes:

  • Increased maximum loan size to £3m across our standard residential ranges, including expat, with larger loan solutions available for lending between £3m and £5m
  • Relaxed stress testing – giving clients the chance to increase their borrowing potential and boost affordability
  • Higher income multiples, increasing affordability for many clients:
    • We now lend over 6x income under tier three products (subject to affordability)
    • And up to 6x income under our tier two products (subject to affordability)

Affordability supported by savings is now accepted under tier two products, alongside complex income criteria that includes vested share income.
