BOI – New website and latest news – Learning Management System

Earlier this week, we launched our refreshed website to help make it even easier for you to find what you need when working with us.

I also wanted to let you know about some important updates to how our products are displayed on sourcing systems, and where you can find them online.

All products now appear under “Bank of Ireland UK” on sourcing systems. This includes our Bespoke rates, which are no longer listed separately under “Bespoke by BOI”.
On our website, you’ll find all product ranges for new business under the Residential or Buy to Let product pages.
Products for existing customers are available on the Product Transfer or Further Advance product pages.

We’ve made a few changes to help simplify how you access product information:

We’ll no longer list withdrawn products on our website, but we’ll continue to email you in advance of any product withdrawals.
Products that are due to be withdrawn will still be clearly marked with a “closing soon” label on our website.
All Bespoke criteria can now be found within the Residential or Buy to Let lending criteria sections.

These changes are part of our ongoing commitment to streamlining processes and improving your experience when working with us.
