We’re delighted to confirm that we will now pay full procuration fees on all product transfers, and alongside this, we’re increasing our standard procuration fees by 0.05% across both brands. Full details are outlined below.
We’re proud to announce two key changes:
Procuration Fee Increases (Effective Immediately) – Clubs and Networks
- CHL Mortgages for Intermediaries: Increased from 0.55% to 0.60%
- ModaMortgages: Increased from 0.50% to 0.55%
Procuration Fee Increases (Effective Immediately) – Packagers
- CHL Mortgages for Intermediaries: Increased from 0.80% to 0.95%
- ModaMortgages: Increased from 0.85% to 0.90%
Full Procuration Fees on Product Transfers
- CHL Mortgages: 0.60%
- ModaMortgages: 0.55%
This reflects our belief that product transfers require full advisory diligence — research, engagement, and verification — not just a few clicks. Two core recommendations guided this:
- Do not compete directly with advisors for the customer’s product transfer.
- Pay full procuration fees to reflect the advisor’s work.
