Nottingham offers practical and inclusive criteria for clients with international circumstances:

  •  No minimum income or visa time required

  •  Up to 90% LTV, including 5% builder’s deposits, gifted deposits, and funds from abroad

  •  Up to 5.5x LTI for clients earning £60k+

  •  Zero-hour contracts and family agency workers considered

A great option for clients with historic credit issues or niche income types:

  • Residential Mortgages Adverse credit considered – including CCJs, defaults, DMPs, IVA and bankruptcy

  •  Interest-only accepted up to:

    • 80% LTV (downsizing)

    • 60% LTV (repayment vehicle)

  •  Maximum age at term end: 75

Buy-to-Let (BTL)

Support for both new and experienced landlords:

  •  No minimum income

  •  Up to 80% LTV

  •  First-time landlords, Day 1 SPVs, and intercompany loans accepted

  •  Max 15 properties in portfolio, with up to 5 BTLs held with Nottingham
