Increased Maximum Repayment Term
For loans of £150,000 and more we’ve increased our maximum repayment term from 30 to 40 years, across all product ranges. This enhancement will provide larger loan borrowers the flexibility to minimise their repayments.
Pipeline
Pipeline cases will be unaffected. Existing cases need to be rekeyed as a new application to take advantage of the above change.
