Buy to Let highlights
- Less than perfect credit profiles considered
- Maximum age 85 at the end of the term
- No minimum income, at least one applicant/Director must be earning an income (other than rental)
Limited Company Buy to Let highlights
- Broad solicitor panel
- 125% of the mortgage interest amount calculated at our standard Buy to Let stress rates
- Up to four Directors/Shareholders – must be the same people and have 100% shareholding
