- Smoother – 6x income multiples Enabling customers to maximise their budget without compromising on their ideal home, with our recently launched higher income multiples.
And that’s not all. We’re adding a new range of 1-year fixed products, reducing rates for more customers with heavier adverse, and giving you fee choices of £0, 1%, or £995.
