2025 was a landmark year for Structured Real Estate at Shawbrook, and we’d like to thank you for the support that helped us achieve a number of important firsts – including our largest-ever new-to-bank customer, with a £44m facility.
Building on this momentum, we want to help you serve even more property professionals, offering large loans with interest-only facilities of up to 75% LTV.
We’ve expanded our Structured Real Estate (SRE) proposition to offer two distinct teams:
✓ The Specialist SRE team, led by Dan Standing, for loans of £2.5m to £10m
✓ The Complex SRE team, led by Tirath Singh, for loans of £10m to £50m
We’ve also introduced dedicated large bridging products for loans over £2.5m across both teams, alongside improved product pricing.
