TSB has launched Portfolio Buy to Let for Landlords with 4 or more mortgaged Buy to Let properties, up to a maximum of 10.
- Customers can have a maximum of 10 mortgaged BTL properties (max 5 with TSB up to £2m total)
- 75% LTV with max loan of £1m
- HMO/Holiday let income – acceptable for 25% of total rental income of background portfolio (none to be mortgaged with TSB)
