I’m pleased to let you know that Accord is again coming back into 90% LTV lending for a short period of time with products available from the 2nd November until 8.00 pm on the 4th November.
This time they are leaving the products out for three days and are also including Home Movers as well as FTB’s
They will have two 5 year fixed rates with an option up to a max loan of £600,000.
These products are Broker Exclusive as they will only be through the Accord brand.

- The max LTV for New Build remains at 85%
- The max LTV for Northern Ireland is 85%
