At 8am on Thursday 10th July, we’re introducing a £1500 product fee range to our suite of Near Prime products.
Rates start at 5.24% for both the 3 Year and 5 Year fixed rate products, and 5.09% for the 2 Year fixed rate products.
The range offers all the same benefits as our existing Near Prime range, including:
- No credit scoring: Instead, we focus on affordability and adverse credit limits.
- Near Prime, same priority: Applications are processed with the same priority, team and service as Prime mortgages, including the use of automated valuation models. This delivers an average application-to-offer time of 5 days, with the potential for same-day offers.
- Up to 6x annual salary: As with Prime applications, in some cases we will accept up to 6x annual salary for employed applicants.
- Gifted deposits: Like Prime applications, we accept gifted deposits from non-family members. It also accepts housebuilders cash incentives up to 5%.
Rates across our existing range will remain unchanged.
The update will be live on MSO at 8am on Thursday 10th July, along with our rate table. Sourcing systems will be updated shortly after.
