How can I get a quick decision?
You can now get a quick decision without needing property details using our Agreement in Principle (AIP) tool.
You’ll find the AIP option in the ‘Tools’ section at the bottom of the screen. For your convenience, this section can be moved by clicking the dots in the top right corner of the section. |

How can I track the progress of applications?
With the Intermediary hub, you can view your cases by selecting the application number you’d like to view.
Here, you can track the status of both submitted and pre-submitted applications.

How do I manage admins?
From the Intermediary hub homepage, select ‘Edit my details’. Then under ‘Request a change’ select ‘Manage admins’.
Admins will receive notifications to help better track your cases.
