County Court Judgements (CCJs)

  • All CCJ’s SATISFIED >3 years, irrespective of value are acceptable
  • 1 CCJ satisfied <3 years, <£500 and not credit related (not linked to mortgage, loans or revolving credit), such as a mobile bills or parking fine.
  • The CCJ must be satisfied > 3 months ago.
  • The exception being a single private car parking fine, cleared by application.

Defaults

  • All Defaults SETTLED >3yrs ago, irrespective of value are acceptable.
  • Maximum 2 defaults <3yrs. Under £1k total and not credit related (not linked to mortgage, loans or revolving credit), such as a utility bill or mobile phone airtime.

Bankruptcy – Discharged >6 years ago

IVA’s – Discharged >3yrs ago

Debt Management Plans – Settled over 2 years

Missed Payments

  • Non-credit related – Max status 3, minimum of 3 months up-to-date.
  • Linked to Mortgage, Loan or Second Charge – Max status 2 within last 2 years, minimum of 6 months up-to-date.
