Once the refurb is complete:
There is no obligation to take a BTL mortgage with us, so if the exit plan changes or you have a better offer from another lender you can just redeem the bridge. If you do want one of our award winning BTL mortgages, we have made the transition from Bridge to BTL slick and efficient.
