BTL Fee Assisted, BBR & System update: Foundation Home Loans

As of the morning of 22 March 2022 Foundation Home Loans will:

Launch BTL Fee Assisted Products

    1. Withdraw 4 products
    2. Re-launch these four with reduced product fees
    3. A further 12 new products will also be launched; 8 of which are Limited Editions

System update

  1. 32 products will also be withdrawn and relaunched with the only change being applied to the product shortcode due to a system update
  2. See attached spreadsheet. Tab one: new products, Tab two: products to be withdrawn

Base Rate update

    1. Base rate will be updated from 0.50% to 0.75%
    2. Please update the BBR on all of our products
