New mortgage product range and desktop AVM’s launched to meet current market needs
The current lockdown is throwing up many new challenges and we are delighted to now launch our new range of remortgage products (up to 70% LTV) which will be available using desktop AVM valuations.
For those applications that fall outside of AVM criteria, we will manually underwrite ready for prompt offers when we are able to carry out a physical valuation. In these cases the Society may require evidence of ongoing receipt of income before the offer is issued.
