SmartrCriteria now has over 400000 pieces of criteria from 90 different lenders across BTL and Residential Mortgages, with many lenders now updating the criteria themselves.

Of course, all Connect Network Members also have access to Knowledge Bank, which had the added benefit of commercial and bridge criteria. However, it is often useful to have access to an alternative criteria sourcing system for Residential and BTL as different systems can often return different ideas on which lenders will assist with your cases.

As you may know, you have access to Octane’s BTL range (the products are not available to the whole of the market).
Last week we completed our first case for a Connect AR – a foreign national BTL case which we completed in two weeks! With lots more in the pipeline it’s clear we are gaining lots of momentum.
We have recently made some changes to the product range which we hope you will like.

We recently hosted a virtual learning session on the 16th September with TWM Solicitors. Many of you attended the session and we have now put together an LMS course containing all of the slides, a brochure, as well as a live recording of the session in case you wish to refer back to the topics discussed.
