We are pleased to confirm some enhancements to our product range available from Friday 1st of April 2022. The revised product range will be available for selection on our broker portal from this date.

From 4 April, TSB re-launches its entire shared ownership product range, which includes rates for second-hand homes and re-mortgages – all of which come with £500 cashback.

We’re committed to making changes to our technology to help make business easier for brokers. For example, last year we integrated our Mortgage Hub platform with leading sourcing systems and now we’re improving our technology even more – giving you more time to handle workloads, interact with clients and manage more complex cases.

We’ve updated the criteria on our 95% LTV offering to meet the needs of even more first-time buyers! Our 95% LTV products are now available for:  Employed and self-employed workers (as long at least 50% of the income used to support the mortgage comes from employed income) Standard houses and flats* Sole applicants earning £18k+ and joint applicants earning £20k+ Properties

Our new Limited Edition products include options for personal ownership, limited company, HMO/MUB and limited company HMO/MUB.
