Great news! We’ve made a few important updates to streamline the broker process and help you submit cases with greater ease.
These updates are now live and apply to all new applications submitted from today!
Here’s what’s new:
- Signature Application Pack removed You no longer need to send a separate Signature Application Pack. The Privacy Declaration is now included in the ESIS for a simpler submission.
- Auto Affordability extended to Self Employed Auto Affordability Eligibility now applies to Self Employed applicants too — helping you process a wider range of cases faster.
- 1st Charge Mortgage stress rate reduced The 1st charge mortgage stress rate has been lowered, supporting stronger affordability outcomes.
- ESIS expiry extended ESIS documents now remain valid for 60 days (previously 30), giving you and your clients more flexibility in completing the process.
- Refined checklist descriptions Checklist item descriptions have been refined to provide clearer guidance and help reduce unnecessary admin or confusion.
