Removed the need for 3 months minimum employment history – there is now no minimum.
First Charge Mortgages – waivers
We have removed the requirement for occupancy waivers where the LTV is less than 50% on first charge mortgages.
Revised legal fees for Northern Ireland
Additional legal fees for Northern Ireland applications are now:
First charges – £1,599
Second charges – £799
Product Fee changes
- £499 (<£20k net)
- £999 (>=£20k net)
