  • Ltd Co rates from 2.69%
  • Minimal underwriting on Portfolios
  • STD Panel Solicitors allowed to act for both sides on Ltd Co applications

  • Unlicensed HMO’s on STD products
  • Freehold/Leasehold connection allowed
  • Inter company sales
  • Inter company loans allowed for deposits
  • We can lend on 100% of a block of 10 leasehold flats
  • Inter family sale with gifted dep/equity
  • Flats above shops considered
  • XLA flats considered to 70% LTV
