As announced in The Connect Newsletter, we are launching the Bridging Expert League, effective from June 1st.
Benefits of being a BRIDGING EXPERT
- A Bridging Expert will benefit from a direct-to-lender relationship with higher commissions.
- and will also be paid their Network Share on the total gross case earnings without the normal deduction for the marketing and distribution allowance.
How to QUALIFY
In order to qualify for Bridging Expert Status, you will need to:
- Submit 12 Bridging Applications in a Calendar Year, this is the equivalent of just one case per month
- Achieve as a minimum, completion ratio of 75% or 9 completions
- Have attended and passed the Bridging Training Day.

GOOD NEWs for…..
AR’s who have already met the qualification to be a Bridging Expert will be notified by their Relationship Manager, and will benefit from the new terms for new applications from the 1st June!
Interim Launch QUALIFICATIONS
- Any AR’s who achieve 6 Bridging Applications from January 2023 to the 30 June 2023, and have passed the Bridging Training Day, will be added to the Bridging Expert league.
- You will then receive the additional benefit for Bridging applications in the 2nd half of the year.
It is expected that the qualifying criteria will be achieved by the year end.
Note: Applications will only be counted once and will not be counted again if they are replaced. The completion ratio of 75% (or 9 completions by year-end) will need to be achieved to maintain expert status.
Lenders
Lenders approved for use off-panel for individual ARs will be added to our standard panel moving forward. These lenders have passed our due diligence, delivered for our ARs and therefore have proven their ability.
