As members of the Equity Release Council Connect maintain these standards for all our members that conduct equity release business so work with them to ensure these standards are maintained.
The Equity Release Council is introducing a short annual test for all adviser members. The questions will focus on the Council’s standards and ensure that all advisers are aware of the added responsibilities that come with being a member. This short course contains this test and all members with equity release permissions will be required to take the test and achieve the minimum pass mark of 75%. You will recieve appropriate CPD points for completing and passing the test.
