On Monday 28th March, Digital Mortgages will be implementing the following product changes:
- Increasing Prime 95% LTV rates. Please note, all Prime 95% LTV products have the min LTV of 0%.
- SVR is increasing from 3.90% to 4.15% for Prime & Near Prime products.
Please note, their Near Prime products remain unchanged apart from the SVR. Products codes will remain unchanged for Near Prime products.
