We now offer greater flexibility across our Buy-to-Let range, offering a broader range of options for UK landlords.
Credit eligibility thresholds have been improved across our Buy-to-Let product which is combined with our “no credit scoring” approach to underwriting. This means that landlords with less than a perfect credit score will now have a greater opportunity to access Buy-to-Let mortgage finance with West One loans than before.
Here is a reminder of a few key highlights from our extended product range:
- More products than ever before for borrowers with less than a perfect
credit score
- Wider acceptance of both satisfied CCJ’s and defaults throughout the range – those under £500 can also now be considered on our W1 plans
- W2 and W3 products available throughout the entire range offering wider eligibility for landlords with impaired credit including unsecured and secured arrears
- Options for borrowers with discharged IVA’s, DMP’s and Bankruptcies.
