HOW TO SUBMIT CASE THROUGH THE CASE MANAGEMENT TEAM
If you have a Fleet case ready to submit, you can send it straight through to the case management team. In addition to Fleet, there are a number of lenders where the commission is higher if you use the case management team.
To use the case management team, select the non-DYA application type when adding the case on OMS and follow the steps on the blue bar workflow. Under the sales consultant tab, select ‘straight to admin’.
